The deposit guarantees your appointment and confirms your presence. We reserve time for you — you confirm your attendance.

Make the deposit via transfer to the account below. In the transfer title, please include the date of the treatment and your name.
How does it work?
You contact us to set the date and time of your visit.
Within 24 hours you pay 100 PLN online or via bank transfer. No payment = reservation cancellation.
Once the deposit is credited, your appointment is confirmed. See you soon!
The 100 PLN deposit is deducted from the treatment price on the day of the visit. It is not a separate fee.
Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 7 days before the visit.Later cancellation = loss of deposit.
Regulations of the deposit

These regulations define the rules for paying a deposit to reserve an appointment and perform the service. Payment of the deposit is a condition for confirming the reservation.
Making the deposit payment is equivalent to accepting these regulations. The regulations apply to all Clients booking appointments at the clinic.
Clinic – Aesthetic Cosmetology Andżelika Turowska Clinic.
Client – a person making an appointment and paying the deposit.
Deposit – the amount paid to reserve the appointment, settled on the day of the treatment against the service.
The deposit for the service is 100 PLN. It must be paid by 24 hours from the date of booking.
Failure to pay the deposit by the required deadline means cancellation of the reservation. In the transfer title, please include: the date of the treatment and your name.
The deposit of 100 PLN is credited towards the price of the service on the day of the visit. If a more expensive treatment is chosen, the Client must pay the difference.
The deposit is not a separate fee — it is part of the treatment price.
After paying the deposit, it is possible to reschedule or cancel the visit no later than 7 days before the date.
In the case of rescheduling/canceling the visit later than 7 days before the date, the deposit is non-refundable. Not showing up for the appointment results in the loss of the deposit.
A delay of up to 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment time (the price remains unchanged).
A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in refusal to perform the service and loss of the deposit.
Qualification: The Client is required to provide truthful information in the pre-treatment interview. If contraindications are concealed, the deposit is non-refundable.
Vouchers and promotions: The deposit applies to the reservation of the appointment. Promotions cannot be combined unless the clinic decides otherwise.
Validity: The deposit is valid only for the date for which it was paid, with the possibility of rescheduling once in accordance with §5.
The deposit is refundable only if the clinic cancels the appointment and does not offer an alternative date or if the Client does not accept the new date.
The refund is made to the specified bank account within 7 working days.
GDPR: Data is processed for the purpose of handling reservations, contact, deposit settlement, and service execution. Full clause in the Privacy Policy.
