REGULATIONS FOR PROVIDING COSMETIC SERVICES
at the Angelika Turowska-Clinic Aesthetic Cosmetology office
§ 1. General provisions

These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the 'Regulations’, define the rules for using the cosmetic services provided at the Angelika Turowska-Clinic Aesthetic Cosmetology office, hereinafter referred to as the 'Office’.

Familiarization with the Regulations and acceptance thereof is mandatory for every Client before undergoing a treatment.

Participation in the treatment is equivalent to expressing consent to all provisions of the Regulations.
§ 2. Clients

Any adult individual can be a Client of the Office.

Minors may use the Office’s services only with written consent from a parent, legal guardian, or statutory representative.

The Office staff has the right to refuse to perform a service if consent is not presented or raises doubts.
§ 3. Hygiene and safety

The Office makes every effort to ensure that treatments are performed in accordance with hygiene, safety, and current knowledge and procedures.

Reusable tools are disinfected and sterilized according to applicable standards.

The Client agrees to inform the person performing the treatment about their health condition, allergies, medications taken, and any contraindications.

The Office reserves the right to refuse to perform a treatment if contraindications are identified.
§ 4. Appointment reservation and deposit

Reservations can be made in person, by phone, or online through the Office’s website.

To confirm a reservation for certain treatments, the Office may require a deposit.

The amount of the deposit is 100 PLN.
-
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making the preliminary reservation. Failure to pay within this time will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

The deposited amount will be deducted from the price of the treatment on the day of the visit.

If the Office cancels or reschedules the appointment, the Client is entitled to a refund of the deposit or to transfer it to another date.
Cancellation / rescheduling of the appointment:

An appointment can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge no later than 7 days before the scheduled date.

Failure to attend or late cancellation results in the loss of the deposit.

The clinic may refuse to book appointments for individuals who have repeatedly missed their visits.
§ 5. Delays and course of the treatment

The client should arrive on time or up to 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

In case of the client’s delay, the treatment may be shortened without changing the price to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.

If the delay is due to the clinic’s fault, the treatment time will be preserved.

The provided treatment times are approximate and may change.
§ 6. Payments and pricing

The client is obliged to pay according to the current price list available on the clinic’s website and in the clinic.

Available payment methods: cash, card, transfer/BLIK (if applicable).
-
The clinic may introduce promotions and special offers, which do not constitute a basis for claims against previous prices.
§ 7. Vouchers, passes, and packages
-
Vouchers and passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical), a refund may be possible, reduced by applicable taxes.

Failure to cancel an appointment paid for with a voucher/pass within the stipulated time results in the loss of its value in that part.
§ 8. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted within 7 days of the service being performed.

Complaints should be submitted in writing or by email to: recepcja.turowskaclinic@gmail.com.

The time for processing complaints: 14 days.

In case the complaint is accepted, the clinic will make corrections or offer another form of compensation.

Complaints are not considered if:
-
The client did not follow post-treatment recommendations,
-
self-interfered with the treatment result,
-
the complaint arises from a subjective assessment of aesthetics.

§ 9. Responsibility
-
The clinic is not responsible for valuable items left by the client.
-
The client is materially responsible for damages caused to the clinic’s property.
-
Found items are stored for 14 days.
-
The clinic is not responsible for client dissatisfaction if the treatment was performed according to cosmetic standards.
-
Providing false health information exempts the Clinic from liability.
§ 10. Other provisions
The Clinic has a ban on smoking, consuming alcohol, and using drugs.
Animals are not allowed.
Eating meals is prohibited.

§ 11. Personal data protection (GDPR)
The administrator of Clients’ personal data is:

Data is processed for the purpose of providing services, reservations, payments, complaints, fulfilling legal obligations, and contacting the Client.
The Client has the right to: access, rectify, delete, restrict, object, and transfer data.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to perform the service.
Data is not shared with other entities except as required by law.
§ 12. Force majeure
The Clinic is not liable for the cancellation of appointments due to random events beyond the Clinic’s control. The deposit will be refunded or transferred to another date.
