I. Regulations for Using Gift Cards

1. Gift Cards are issued to the bearer, contain a specific serial number, and entitle the holder to use services at the Aesthetic Cosmetology Angelika Turowska-Clinic according to the current price list and the value of the Card held.

2. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase – during this period, the purchased services must be used. After the expiration date of the Card, any unused value or service will be lost.

3. The Card can be used during one or several visits depending on the purchased services or value.

5. When redeeming services with gift vouchers: when booking an appointment, you will be asked by the salon’s reception to provide the name and surname on the voucher and information about the amount for which the voucher was issued.

6. In case of cancellation of the appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time, the voucher will be fully considered as used.

7. The gift voucher is issued to the bearer, contains the name and surname of the person authorized to use the service at the Aesthetic Cosmetology Angelika Turowska-Clinic, according to the current price list and the value of the voucher held.

8. At the request of the recipient, they may pay the difference if the value of the services they wish to use exceeds the value of the voucher.

10. Gift Cards/Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Gift Cards/Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions (unless the regulations of a specific promotion state otherwise).

II. Regulations for Using Treatment Packages

1. Treatment packages are carried out according to the clinic’s offer and the established schedule of visits.

2. Implementation of treatment packages: in case of cancellation of the appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time, the next visit from your package will be finalized (considered as used).

3. Failure to use a visit in the package within the specified time, without adhering to the cancellation policy, results in its forfeiture.

4. Packages cannot be exchanged for cash.

III. Regulations for Purchasing Gift Cards

1. Gift Cards are available for continuous sale and can be for any amount.

2. Gift Cards can be purchased:

   a) in-person at the clinic,

   b) online – by purchasing on the website.

3. For Cards ordered online, the Client receives the Card in electronic form (PDF) to the email address provided during purchase.

4. Order fulfillment occurs immediately after payment is processed.

5. The Gift Card in PDF format is sent within a maximum of 5 minutes from the moment the payment is processed (depending on the payment operator’s performance).

V. Other provisions

1. An integral part of the Gift Cards is these Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase (in the clinic or online), the Buyer declares that they have read its content and accepts it in full.

2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website: www.turowskaclinic.pl

VI. Return policy

1. According to the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, Article 27, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of purchase of the Gift Card.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by a clear statement sent by email to: recepcja.turowskaclinic@gmail.com

3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer no later than 14 days from the day they were informed of the Consumer’s decision.

VII. Complaint policy

1. Complaints regarding purchased Gift Cards should be reported to the email address: recepcja.turowskaclinic@gmail.com or by phone at: +48 795 399 443

2. Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt. The Consumer will be informed of the decision regarding the complaint electronically or by phone.

VIII. Data Protection Policy

3. Clients’ personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling complaints, and contacting the Client.

4. The Client has the right to access their personal data and to correct it. They may also request the deletion of their data.
