Rich-cell fibrin (iPRF – injectable Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is an advanced autologous preparation obtained from the patient's blood.It is characterized by a high content not only of platelets but also of mononuclear cells – leukocytes, monocytes, and stem cells.
After a small amount of blood is drawn, the preparation is centrifuged under strictly controlled conditions. Course of the treatment
Qualification for the treatment, discussion of areas and expectations. Basic blood tests are required (complete blood count, ESR/CRP).
A small amount of blood is drawn from the elbow vein – just like in a standard test.
The blood is spun in a special centrifuge under controlled conditions – obtaining fibrin with a high concentration of regenerative cells.
Administration of fibrin with a needle in selected areas of the face, neck, décolletage, or scalp. The entire procedure lasts 45–60 minutes.

How to prepare?
- Perform basic blood tests – complete blood count, ESR or CRP
- Drink plenty of water the day before and on the day of the treatment
- Avoid alcohol and intense exercise for 24–48 hours before your visit
- Do not take NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin) before the treatment
- Come without facial makeup
Care after the treatment
- For 24 hours avoid makeup and touching the skin at the treatment site
- For a few days avoid sauna, solarium, swimming pool, and intense workouts
- Protect your skin from UV – use SPF 50
- Avoid peels and strong products for at least 7 days
- Use gentle moisturizing and regenerating creams

Frequently asked questions about fibrin iPRF
It is recommended to have 2–3 treatments in a series every 4–6 weeks. To maintain the effects, a maintenance treatment can be performed every 6–12 months. For scalp therapy, the frequency is determined individually.
The effects appear gradually and last from several months to a year. The skin becomes tighter, more hydrated, and wrinkles are reduced. Regular treatments help to accumulate the effects.
Yes – the preparation comes from the patient's own blood, so the risk of allergic reactions or rejection is minimal. It is one of the safest biostimulation treatments available in aesthetic medicine.
Thanks to the anesthetic cream, the treatment is usually well tolerated. The sensations may be slightly more intense than with standard mesotherapy due to the density of the preparation – but the vast majority of clients tolerate it well.
